Cancellation Policy
### **Booking & Cancellation Policy** At **Sports Play Party**, we strive to provide a seamless and exciting experience for all our clients. Please review our booking and cancellation policy before confirming your reservation. #### **Booking Policy** - All bookings must be secured with full payment at the time of reservation. - Parties are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking at least **two weeks in advance** to secure your preferred date and time. #### **Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy** - **Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking** will be charged the **full price** of the party. No refunds will be issued. - **No-shows** will be charged the **full price** of the party. No exceptions. - **Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled party.** We will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability. - **No refunds will be given for any cancellations.** #### **Weather Policy** ๐ฆ๏ธ - If weather conditions **do not permit** an outdoor event, we will work with you to **reschedule your party at no additional cost.** #### **Outside Vendors** - We are **not responsible** for any conflicts, delays, or cancellations involving **outside vendors** you hire for your event.
