Booking & Cancellation Policy At Sports Play Party, we strive to provide a seamless and exciting experience for all our clients. Please review our booking and cancellation policy before confirming your reservation. Booking Policy - All bookings must be secured with full payment at the time of reservation. - Parties are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking at least one week in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy -Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will be charged the full price of the party. No refunds will be issued. - No-shows will be charged the full price of the party. No exceptions. - Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled party.We will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability. - No refunds will be given for any cancellations. Weather Policy - If weather conditions do not permit an outdoor event, we will work with you to reschedule your party at no additional cost. Outside Vendors - We are not responsible for any conflicts, delays, or cancellations involving outside vendors you hire for your event. By booking with Sports Play Party, you agree to these terms.
