Booking & Cancellation Policy At Sports Play Party, we strive to provide a seamless and exciting experience for all our clients. Please review our booking and cancellation policy before confirming your reservation. Booking Policy - All bookings must be secured with full payment at the time of reservation. - Parties are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking at least one week in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy -Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will be charged the full price of the party. No refunds will be issued. - No-shows will be charged the full price of the party. No exceptions. - Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled party.We will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability. - No refunds will be given for any cancellations. Weather Policy - If weather conditions do not permit an outdoor event, we will work with you to reschedule your party at no additional cost. Outside Vendors - We are not responsible for any conflicts, delays, or cancellations involving outside vendors you hire for your event. By booking with Sports Play Party, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to making your event an unforgettable experience!
