1. How long does approval take?
We respond to every application within 48 hours. If approved, you'll get your code, a partner kit, and current availability the same day.
2. What if my client cancels?
Commission is tied to event completion. If the event doesn't happen, no commission is owed.
We refund clients per our standard cancellation policy — you're not on the hook for any of it.
3. What if my client books without using my code?
Codes must be entered at booking. We strongly recommend you share your code in the same message you share our page link. If a code wasn't used, we can't credit the booking after the fact — it gets messy fast and we want to keep this program clean for everyone.
4. How will I get paid?
Choose at approval: Venmo, Zelle, ACH, or check. Payment goes out 7–14 days after the event completes, after we've confirmed final package value.
5. Can I refer more than one client?
Yes — refer as many as you want. One code, unlimited bookings. We send weekly updates so you can see what's coming in.
6. Can I refer for events outside the World Cup window?
Yes — once approved, your code works on any Sports Play Party package year-round, not just World Cup events. The 10% rate applies across the board.
7. What's the minimum or maximum booking size?
No minimum. No maximum. Our packages range from intimate backyard parties to corporate activations of 50+. Your commission scales with the package value.
8. Do I need to be in Atlanta?
You need to refer clients with events in Metro Atlanta (within 30 miles of downtown). You can be based anywhere.
9. How do I get more clients to book?
Your partner kit includes talking points, photos, the current availability calendar, and three pre-written intro messages you can copy into your client emails. We do the heavy lifting.
